Joy is mentioned second (after love), in the elements that constitute the Fruit of the Holy Spirit. To be joyful in times of happiness may not be a big deal but could we practice joy in our lows too? That is challenging, at least for me. But I have come across people who find good reasons to be joyful in adverse situations and we could feel the Holy Spirit dwelling in them and producing the Fruit.  How hard be the situation; the Scripture assures us divine joy in this world and eternal joy in the world to come. But a little faith is what it takes to possess it.
